Terms and Conditions for Participants 

Conditions of participation Conference The participation fee contain the conference participation incl. mini-tutorials on the 10th, 11th and 12th of November, the conference documents, break drinks and break snacks, lunches, the guided tour at Porsche Museum on 10th of November and the "Social of event" in the evening of the 11th of November. Conditions of participation Certification The stated COSMIC certification fee includes the exam fee and a administrative lump-sum. The fee is paid in full to DASMA. Invoice After entrance of your registration you will receive a registration confirmation and an invoice, which is payable at the latest ten days before the event beginning. Later registration is payable immediately. Cancelation If a tutorial/workshop or the certification exam is canceled by DASMA, all already paid fees/lump-sums to DASMA will be reimbursed. If registration is canceled by the participant, the following cancelation fees apply: over 20 days before the event no cancelation fee from 20 to 10 days before the event Cancelation fee is 150,- EUR for conference (+19% VAT) less thant 10 days before the event The complete participation fee will be invoiced
